Product DescriptionINFICON BPG402-Sx ATM to Ultra-High Vacuum Gauge
The INFICON Bayard-Alpert Pirani Combination Gauge, BPG402-S là dòng đầu đo chân không dạng 2 trong 1.
Nó bao gồm 2 công nghệ đo Bayard-Alpert và Pirani trong 1 thiết bị tinh gọn và dải đo rộng.
Kết hợp các công nghệ đo làm giảm sự phức tạp khi cài đặt, thiết lập và tích hợp vào hệ thống.
BPG402-S với hai sợi iridium được phủ oxit yttri đảm bảo cho quá trình lặp lại và giá thành tốt hơn cho yêu cầu đo áp suất chân không dải rộng.
